Dove House
The location of our retreat is Dove House in Dorset. With the ability to sleep 13 in 7 en-suite bedrooms, it offers a taste of luxury with a stunning interior – light, spacious and furnished to a high standard.
Dove House also boasts a large indoor pool, spacious gardens and a lovely all-weather tennis court. All set in beautiful Dorset countryside, it is a relaxing and calming location for a fitness retreat, and we know you will feel at home from the very first moments you arrive and during your stay with us.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
All of the bedrooms are luxurious and comfortable. 4 Rooms have the ability to be either 6ft doubles, or twin bedrooms. There are a further 2 5ft double bedrooms and a single bedroom. All feature private ensuite facilities.
Relaxing Spaces
After a fun day feel free to relax in our sumptuous lounge. With beautiful soft cushions and throws to wrap around you, winter nights have never felt so cosy! In the summer months open the doors and let the cool breeze wash over you as you relax in the armchairs. The lounge is a great place to set your goals, discuss the day with your other retreaters and unwind.
Indoor Swimming Pool
We are proud to have a beautiful swimming pool at the retreat. Fully heated and indoors, it’s ready to go whatever the climate. Whether you are having a circuit in the pool, or a stretch session, let the water suspend you and ease tired muscles. Retreaters also use the pool as a way to unwind after the day to contemplate and relax.
Gardens & Tennis Court
Large grounds surround the property with a covered portico area and plentiful patios. The all-weather tennis court borders a walled garden, with climbing roses in summer, boasting amazing views across the valley. The court is used for circuit training but can also be utilised for keen tennis players. Some retreaters may find sitting on the benches next to the court a relaxing way to reflect and think about their fitness journey.
