What activities are offered at your fitness retreat?
We offer a range of activities and can be catered to any fitness level. Some of these activities will be physical such as swimming, circuits, yoga, boxing, bootcamps-the list goes on! We aim to provide you with a variety of different classes so you can learn which ones you like.
Other activities will be learning vai lectures, demonstrations or self work. This allows you to have the knowledge to take it away from the retreat and implement it into your routines.
What are the accommodation options at your fitness retreat?
All rooms are extremely comfortable, private with ensuite and can be tailored as individual beds (2 sharing) or as a couple double beds. All rooms are luxury with each being individual with views stretching over the countryside. All amenities are included such as towels and shampoos.

What kind of healthy and delicious meals can I expect at your fitness retreat?
All our meals are delicious, locally sourced vegetarian meals. We have a chef who joins us and they can tailor your meals for any dietary requirements. In between meals you can enjoy fresh juice, protein snacks to keep your energy up! All our meals are based around trying new things, expanding your taste buds and complementing your fitness journey.
What makes your fitness retreat unique?
Our retreats are like no other. We aren’t a pure juicing, yoga, bootcamp retreat. The retreats are designed to give you the kick start you need to start your fitness journey.
We will teach you everything you need to know, cut through the mislead information that is abundant in the fitness sector. Using our expert instruction, you will learn ALL the tools necessary from nutrition to exercise form, strength training, stretching – whatever your goal is, we make it happen for you.
